Official Miele Repairs

Atlantic Kitchens is pleased to offer a repair and maintenance service in Barbados that is fully endorsed and supported by the Miele Company. Our technicians are trained at Miele UK, have full access to the official Miele parts library, and use specialised Miele diagnostic equipment when on call.

These measures allow us to offer a full 1 year parts and labour warranty on all purchases, for both appliances and cabinets. Even after the warranty has expired, our customers can be assured of excellent product support and prompt repairs where necessary.

Working with Property Managers

Atlantic Kitchens is delighted to work with property managers, enabling maintenance to be carried out whilst the homeowner is away.

The Repair Process

  1. Visit our contact page and select your preferred method of communication. Please provide us with the model number, a serial number if possible, and a description of the fault.

  2. A Miele technician will contact you, discuss the problem and arrange a service call if necessary. Callouts are charged at a standard rate of BBD $400, unless the appliance is under warranty.

  3. In the event of spare parts being required, we provide you with a quote to include freight and installation. Once payment is received, the parts are ordered from Miele UK and dispatched using DHL. If parts are in stock at Miele UK, the lead time is normally 7-10 days.

  4. The Miele technician arranges a second visit to carry out the repair.
