Logistics

Appliances are supplied directly from the Miele factory in Germany, ensuring that your goods arrive safely and cost-effectively by ocean freight.

In special circumstances we can freight an appliance by air at additional cost.

Customs

Upon arrival, your goods must be cleared through Customs. This process can take up to 10 days.

Installation

Once unloaded, your goods are ready for delivery and installation by our technicians.

Any electrical and plumbing requirements for the appliances are checked prior to installation. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure provision of these services. Appliances are then checked for correct functionality. We call this process "commissioning", and it forms the basis for your one-year warranty.
